AFL stood with the rule of law from the beginning, filing amicus briefs in support of the President’s use of the AEA. District Court Judge Boasberg - in a petulant act of apparent political spite - refused to even read our amicus brief, claiming he didn’t have time! The appellate court accepted our brief, but it was SCOTUS that upheld the President’s authority, vacating Boasberg’s order to cease deporting these dangerous Tren de Aragua (TdA) criminals.
Left-wing judges willfully ignoring the law and imposing their radical views throws our country into lawlessness a true Constitutional crisis.
Judges like Boasberg are not merely engaged in political bias or lawfare but are suffering from some form of ideological psychosis. Their inability to tolerate any deviation from their far-left views leads them to manipulate the law to achieve their political agenda.
