Digital Equity Survey – Your Experience Matters!

Grid Specialized Services, in collaboration with the Washington State Library and Inclusive Data, is conducting a statewide Digital Equity Assessment to better understand how broadband internet and digital technology impact daily life—especially within the DeafBlind community in Washington.

Why? Your experiences will help shape future solutions for better digital access and advocacy.

What? A survey to gather insights about your digital background, technology use, internet access, and communication needs.

Who? This survey is for DeafBlind individuals in Washington State only.

Thank You Gift: Participants will receive a $75 gift card for their time and input. Your contact information will remain confidential.

Deadline: The survey ends April 30.
