This past weekend I took part in the “Hands Off” rally in Santa Clarita. I stood shoulder to shoulder with neighbors who are sick and tired of the dysfunction perpetrated by this administration.

I was blown away by the thousands who took part in demonstrations across the country. We are united in our resolve to stand up for our democracy.

There’s an incredible amount at stake: Protecting Social Security and Medicaid, defending veterans’ benefits, making sure CA-27 gets its fair share of resources – and with this administration’s recent actions, the list grows by the hour.

I’m fighting hard in Washington against Trump’s corruption, and making sure I’m listening to your voices back at home through town halls and public comment. I was elected to do right by our communities, and I never stop showing up and speaking out with our democracy on the line.

While I’ve gotten a lot of good feedback, it’s impossible for me to connect with everyone on the ground. That’s why I’m asking you to complete our quick survey today – we can’t let up in this fight, and it starts now.
