I heard from many of you that we need to prevent DOGE from accessing our private information, stop the reckless firing of critical federal employees, end the attacks on our democracy, and bring down the skyrocketing cost of living. I hear your concerns, as I discussed in this recent blog post, and I’m taking action.

As the People’s Lawyer, I’m used to taking on big fights.

I went to court and stopped the Kroger-Albertsons merger to keep costs down for consumers.

I took DOGE to court and secured an order to protect Coloradans’ private data from Elon Musk and his staff.

I took action to hold Big Pharma accountable, securing over $860 million for opioid treatment, recovery, and prevention programs across Colorado.

And when Donald Trump attempted to scratch out birthright citizenship from the U.S. Constitution, I fought him in court—and won.

I’ve stood up to President Trump and powerful corporations before to fight for the people of Colorado. As Colorado’s next Governor, I will never stop fighting to protect your fundamental rights, bring down the cost of living, and defend our democracy.
