Friend,
Instead of funding serious coursework or helping students graduate sooner, taxpayer-funded universities are wasting money on mandatory D.E.I. (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) courses to push their radical agendas.
D.E.I. course requirements have cost students and taxpayers at least $1.8 billion over each four-year period, according to a Goldwater Institute report.
Shockingly, public universities in at least 30 states require all undergraduate students to complete a D.E.I. course to graduate.
The good news?
The Goldwater Institute has already succeeded in defeating D.E.I. at public universities across the country, including in Idaho, Utah, Alabama, Kansas, and Indiana.
We accomplished this with laws that dismantle D.E.I. offices and forbid mandatory indoctrination of students.
Why does this matter?
President Trump signed executive orders to withhold funding from schools that promote D.E.I.
But that alone won't stop it. The real fight is at the state level, where federal policy falls short of fully eliminating these harmful mandates.
To put an end to D.E.I. once and for all, we must strike at its root-state by state. That's why the Goldwater Institute is calling on lawmakers to enact the Freedom from Indoctrination Act.
By passing this critical legislation, states can protect students and faculty from radical D.E.I. policies, ensuring taxpayer dollars fund real education-not ideological activism.
With your support, we can remove D.E.I. course requirements from public universities nationwide.
Your gift of $25, $50, or even just $10 will help the Goldwater Institute drive out D.E.I. from taxpayer-funded educational institutions! Click to send your gift >>
