Joe Males for CA This is my story. I hope you have a few minutes to read it

Fellow American, there are so many reasons why people are fleeing from
California, but to name a few:
* One of the most expensive states in the US
* Insanely high cost of buying or renting a home
* High state income taxes, sales taxes, and gas taxes
* Rising crime and weak district attorneys who refuse to prosecute criminals
* Stunted job growth rate that is below the national average
* Strict business regulations and high operating costs Sadly, this is what a
Democrat-ran state looks like.
I refuse to give up on California and leave it behind - which is why I'm
running for Congress.

My name is Joe Males. I'm a proud father, grandfather, Marine Veteran,
Mexican-American, and small business owner.

I'm sending you this email today because I'd love to have your support,
<[link removed]>
but I also want you to know who I am, what I stand for, and why serving in
Congress is so important to me.
This isn't easy to talk about, but it's one of the main reasons I decided to
get into politics. In 2016, my son Nicholas, also a Marine Veteran and father,
was visiting our hometown of Hemet, CA, for Father's Day weekend and his
sister's birthday. He was spending time with some friends when he was attacked
and murdered.
The grief was overwhelming, and it will never get easier. After the case
turned cold and no one charged, I knew I had to take a stand and fight for him.
I decided to run for City Council to protect the rule of law and public safety
so that no other family has to endure a similar tragedy. Five years after we
lost my son, his killer was finally found and charged.
But my story doesn't stop there. There's still so much work to be done as
crime continues to take its toll on families in California.
Gavin Newsom has let us down. What he calls "efficiency" is total failure - he
and his Democratic pals have crippled California with more government control
and rising homelessness, crime, and cost of living. And now there's talk of him
potentially being the next Democrat Presidential nominee. Can't they look at
California and see what a disaster that would be for America?
Democrats have abandoned working families - the Left does not represent us or
our values. We have a real chance to make a difference here and flip a solid
blue seat red. But ittakes a team of people wanting a change to make it happen.

It won't be easy - Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and Gavin Newsom will see me as
a direct threat to their establishment, and they will hate me simply because
I'm a Hispanic Republican who doesn't fit their narrative.I'll need you to
defeat them.
<[link removed]>
I hope after reading this and understanding my why, you'll join my team and
help send me to Congress
<[link removed]>
to restore common sense policies and work for everyday families who have been
abandoned by the failed Democrat "leadership" they've been stuck with for too
long.
God Bless,

Meet Joe Males:
Joe Males is a Marine Veteran, small business-owner, city council member, and
most importantly, a father. Throughout his life, he has put service to his
community at the forefront of his life's mission.
Shortly after turning 18, Joe enlisted in the Marine Corps. He attended boot
camp in Camp Pendleton and later served overseas in the Philippines and Guam.
After being discharged as a Sergeant, Joe remained committed to supporting his
fellow veterans. He took on leadership roles in his local Elks Lodge and
American Legion post, working to ensure veterans in the community had the
resources and support they deserved.
Following his time in the Marine Corps, Joe carried his strong work ethic and
discipline into the field of computer networking services. He started in an
entry-level position, worked his way through multiple leadership roles, and in
1996, he built his own business from the ground up. Joe knows firsthand the
hard work and sacrifice of this journey, and he's determined to make it easier
for hardworking Americans to do the same.
Joe's entry into politics was deeply personal. After his son, a Marine who
followed in his footsteps, was tragically murdered back home, Joe vowed that no
parent should have to endure such a loss. Determined to take a stand for public
safety and the rule of law, he ran for Hemet City Council to help ensure no
other family would experience the same tragedy.
During his tenure on the City Council, Joe has led numerous initiatives to
improve infrastructure, drive business growth, and keep neighborhoods safe and
clean. He takes pride in his ability to collaborate with fellow council members
and get results, even when facing different perspectives. Joe is committed to
bringing this same results-driven approach to Washington D.C., to ensure the
voices of the American people are heard and their needs are met.
