Texans are now on the hook to pay for Paxton's corruption!
Late last week, a judge ordered Paxton's office to pay a whopping $6.6 million to former aides, ruling he'd wrongfully fired them for blowing the whistle on his corruption. This is not the kind of representation Texas needs.
We know that Paxton isn’t any better at applying the law than he is at following it. That’s why three out of three judges have ruled against Paxton in his fight to stop marijuana decriminalization at the local level in Austin, San Marcos, and Dallas.
Right now, Paxton’s on a losing streak, but we know that he doesn’t give up easily — just last night he announced his 2026 Senate bid. We’re determined to continue the fight for our progressive policies — including ending misdemeanor marijuana arrests — in court, at the Lege, and most importantly, at the ballot box.
But we can’t do it without your support. Can you chip in $25 today to help us keep fighting the good fight?
Juntos,
Ground Game Texas
