Send critical support to children living through war >>
Friend, for some children in Ukraine, war is all they have ever known.
Yehor was born less than two months after the war started. He and his parents were displaced from their home in Ukraine when he was just an infant, and in the three years of war, have had to move four times.
For Katya, just 6 months old when war began, fleeing for safety meant living in a basement with no electricity, heating or access to supplies. Today, being able to attend UNICEF-organized classes for early childhood education and care have helped Katya communicate more comfortably and make her first friends.
Three years into this war, there are a recorded 6.86 million Ukrainian refugees — the vast majority of them women and children. Those who are internally displaced and who have been forced to flee the country need continued support and care.
UNICEF is providing emergency supplies to those in need, alongside early childhood education and mental health support for children like Yehor and Katya. A gift today could make an enormous difference in the life of a child who is living through war.
Your donation could become a lifeline for children who have faced unimaginable hardship — and continue to support them as war persists around them. Just a few dollars can help meet immediate needs and rebuild for the future.
Thank you for caring for children,
