Dear John,

For over 15 years now, millions of Americans have been able to receive quality and affordable healthcare through the Affordable Care Act. Every American - no matter where they’re from - deserves the dignity that comes with being able to access healthcare.

Today, over 24 million Americans are enrolled in healthcare coverage through the ACA. It’s a good reminder to look back on the wins of the Democratic Party - how far we’ve come and how far we have yet to go.

The ACA is a reminder that when we fight, we win. Like I’ve said, we can’t give up the fight just yet. I need you with me throughout the Trump administration so we can keep important protections like the ACA and Social Security in place.
