You may have noticed our emails have been coming from St Kilda Mums, despite the fact we officially became Our Village last year. 

The reason for this is twofold. Firstly, we’ve been busy working behind the scenes changing logos, signs and our beloved aprons used in the warehouse (among other things). 

The second––and more important––reason is that email providers are wary of new addresses sending lots of emails, which they send directly to your junk folder.  With almost 50,000 people part of the Our Village community, that means us.

But the time has come for us to make the change and start sending emails from Our Village. Now we need help letting your email provider know that Our Village is a trusted sender.
