April 8, 2025 – 90072-53-XO-25 (Record No. 17743) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyoming Statute § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a hearing regarding the funding requirement and proposed assessment factor for the July 2025 to June 2026 fiscal year of the Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF), is scheduled to commence Monday, May 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is anticipated that deliberations will be conducted immediately following the hearing. In addition to the assessment factor, the Commission will establish the WUSF distributions to be made to each qualifying telecommunications company pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 37-15-501. These items will be established on an interim basis, pending conclusion of a protest period.

April 8, 2025 – 20004-171-ET-25 (Record No. 17778) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Public Service Commission of Wyoming’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Company (MDU or the Company) for authority to revise Rate 57 tariff and update parallel generation rate 57 and net metering service rate 58, as more fully described below.
