The Cook Political Report has officially released their new 2025 Partisan Voting Index ranking every Congressional district in the country.
They gave Maine’s Second District an R+4 rating, meaning it leans 4 points towards the Republicans despite being represented by a Democrat in Congress.
As the reddest district held by a Democrat, we know the GOP establishment will spend millions of dollars trying to flip this seat.
