[[link removed]] We Exposed the National Park Service for False Certification of an
Administrative Record as Complete
[[link removed]] Alley Cat Allies exposed that the NPS certification of its administrative
record as complete regarding its plan to remove and kill cats in San Juan,
Puerto Rico, was false.

We uncovered that NPS excluded hundreds of public comments from the record.
Among those comments were the voices of Puerto Ricans opposing NPS action
against their community's cats.

In our historic lawsuit, we argue that NPS did not properly follow legal
procedure in developing its plan to kill cats. NPS’s false certification further
supports our argument.

can see, they've opened their eyes to the world around them. In fact, they’re
becoming quite the little explorers!

Alley Cat Allies helped rescue the five siblings, and their mother, Brook, from
a shelter without humane programs for neonatal kittens (kittens younger than 4
weeks old). Without our swift action, it was likely the little family would have
been killed.

Working with veterinary allies, through our expert educational materials, and
because of our supporters like you, we're protecting young kittens throughout
kitten season!
