For years, the Zero Tolerance Policy has been a tool of political retribution –
targeting gun stores and Americans who were simply trying to exercise their
rights.When a gun store was forced to close for making small clerical errors,
the business was required to send their 4473s to the ATF, bolstering the
agency’s massive gun owner registry (which you and I both know can – and will –
ultimately lead to firearms confiscation).



Thanks to President Trump, AG Pam Bondi, and Director Kash Patel, this policy
has been rescinded!



GOA has been on the frontlines, fighting to stop the Biden administration’s
weaponization of the ATF, filing lawsuit after lawsuit – and we’ve come out on
top thanks to gun rights activists and supporters like you.
