Pulling off a global event like the Renew Our Power Gathering isn't easy.
It involves a lot of expenses... many that most people wouldn't think
about. One of those unexpected costs is the salary for interpreters.

Hiring an interpreter to do simultaneous translations costs an average of
$80 per hour.

And when you count the number of workshops and trainings we are running —
along with the number of languages we are hoping to translate — the costs
add up quickly.

Right now, we are planning to offer simultaneous translation in Spanish,
French, and Portuguese for as many sessions as possible. But here's the
thing:

If we receive a surge of online donations today, we can offer simultaneous
translations for all the sessions to ensure the program is fully
accessible to all of the participants. What do you say,
