This week we learned that Elon Musk can not buy our country.
Elon Musk spent $26 million trying to win a key Wisconsin Supreme Court election seat — even illegally handing out $1 million checks to voters.
The fact that we not just won this seat, but won it by ten points, is a massive repudiation of Trump's extreme MAGA agenda. We showed up, we worked hard, and we won in a big way.
And in Florida, we closed the gap in two districts from a 30+ point margin to a much more narrow spread. If all U.S. House seats swing by the same margin in 2026, we’ll have a Democratic landslide in the House of Representatives.
Now, we need to take this energy and momentum toward retaking control of the U.S. House. The path to regaining our House Majority runs right through California, which is why I am asking you to make a $100 donation today to fund swing seat campaigns.

Republicans in swing districts across the country are quaking in their boots. When we put pressure on them in these key seats, they are going to have to really think about whether they still want to gut Social Security, cut Medicaid, or support DOGE.
We need to mobilize our communities to prevent as much harm as possible, but then we also need to do the hard work of retaking the U.S. House and putting a firm “check” on Donald Trump.
The wind is now in our sails. Thousands of us took to the streets on Saturday to say “Hands Off” and stand up for our Democracy. Like the inspiring, passionate speech from my hero Senator Cory Booker, we have to have the energy to go the distance. But this is a marathon, not a sprint.
