I know you’ve been hearing a lot from me lately, but today, I wanted to take a second to let you hear a little more about me.
Unlike most D.C. bureaucrats who grow up with a silver spoon in their mouth, I’m not a career politician.
I’m just a church-going, girl-dad who’s fighting every day in Congress to ensure my kids grow up in the BEST country in the world.
And I’ll be honest, John, it’s not always easy. But no matter what the Democrats throw my way, I know I’ll NEVER stop working to support Kentucky patriots’ best interests.

You see, John, I grew up right here in Lexington, Kentucky as the son of a deacon at the local church. My parents made sure to teach me TWO crucial life lessons that I’ve noticed many in Washington ignore:
1. Serve your community.2. Never give up.
These sentiments have been with me every step of the way and aren’t going anywhere soon.
That’s why when I saw the Left’s radical agenda start making its way to the Bluegrass State, I knew I needed to get involved to defend the community I love more than anything.
So in 2010, I decided to throw my hat in the ring to be the House Representative for Kentucky’s 6th district. Yet, despite all of our best efforts, I fell short by just a few hundred votes.
The Left was ECSTATIC! They knew I was determined to rid our nation of their ridiculous principles and ensure we once again put Americans FIRST so they did everything in their power to DEFEAT me!
But what they didn’t know is that I never give up. So when I decided to run again in 2012 and was able to flip a long-standing Democrat seat to RED, they were stunned and have been after me ever since.

This cycle, they’ve already named me one of their TOP TARGETS in the House and are raising MILLIONS to hand over to whatever radical Leftist decides to run against me.
Which brings me to why I’m reaching out to you today, John.
I can’t afford to be caught flat-footed when the Left decides to unload their war chest by attacking me at every turn.
That’s why I need to find an army of grassroots supporters who are committed to stopping the Left’s radical agenda at all costs. After looking through my records, it seemed like you fit the bill.
