Donald Trump’s latest tariffs are crashing the economy, raising costs on American families and decimating savings and retirement funds

While Donald Trump claims these tariffs will boost American manufacturing, the reality is a looming economic strain on American consumers and manufacturers. Prices will rise, supply chains will be disrupted, and global retaliation is almost inevitable.

They’re a disaster for our economy, for the small business owners in New Jersey and across the country, and for the workers who are facing rising costs at the grocery store, the pharmacy counter and so much more.

Donald Trump’s reckless tariffs have sent shockwaves through markets and further destabilized America’s standing in global trade. And once again, it will be the average American who will foot the bill.
