John, Donald Trump’s disrespect for our Constitution knows no bounds.

The Constitution couldn’t be more clear: No person shall be elected to the Office of the President more than twice. But Donald Trump has shown us time and again that he believes he’s above the law.

Trump recently asserted that he’s “not joking” about seeking a third term in office. And you better believe he will try.

It's never been more important to elect state level leadership that doesn't just know the law – but is ready to stand up for it.

As Commonwealth’s Attorney, I work each and every day to address gun violence, fraud, and the scourge of hate crime in our communities. I’m running to bring the progress we’ve made in reducing crime in Henrico County across the Commonwealth, and to be a xxxxxx against the current administration’s lawless corruption.

The fact is, our current Attorney General Jason Miyares is focused solely on appeasing Donald Trump. And he’s willing to put your rights and freedoms on the line to do it.

While Attorneys General throughout the country take a stand against Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s blatant disregard for our rule of law, the silence from Virginia's Attorney General office is deafening.

Enough is enough.
