John,
I would like to thank you and thank everyone who supported my candidacy. I have not celebrated my yesterday’s win; because winning, for me, is not about holding a position or defeating my opponents but, rather, my win is when I achieve the goals that justify my entire involvement in politics. I would consider my self as a winner when I see that our endless regime change wars have stopped, when we have a sustainable and just economy, when we restore our democracy… when I see our problems fixed.
Right now, we are only five months away from the general election. I will use all the power and the energy that I have in running a competing campaign and hopefully unseat the incumbent.
Please consider volunteering in our movement. I need volunteers for different positions and functions. If you don’t have the time to volunteer, you can support our campaign online and social media should there be any chance.
