When the work gets long and the nights get late in Congress, there’s one thing that helps me keep going… Skittles. 😅

Made right here in IL-14, Skittles are my go-to snack during those busy nights (the purple packet, obviously.) There’s something about that burst of sweetness that reminds me of all the hardworking people back home — the folks I’m fighting for every day. Whether I’m working to protect health care access, stand up for reproductive rights, or defend Social Security, the people of IL-14 are always on my mind.
