Team, Trump is moving a lot of Troops and Military assets to the Middle East.

Roughly a third of our B-2 Spirit stealth bombers have been deployed to Diego Garcia, an airbase used to stage strikes in the Middle East during the War on Terror. B-52s, A-10s, F-35s, MQ-9 Reaper drones, and other attack aircraft have also been deployed to the region. Heavy transport aircraft have been landing around the Mediterranean and Persian Gulf throughout March.

Carrier Strike Group 8, led by the USS Harry S. Truman has been deployed to the Middle East since January. Carrier Strike Group 1, led by the USS Carl Vinson, has been mobilized to join them in the last week.

More than 40,000 deployed American Troops have been deployed to the region as of October 2024, and that number is set to increase.

If all of that sounds like a lot — it is. The size of these deployments indicate potential for a serious escalation in the region. They are a shift from other theaters to the Middle East, and they’re what you would do if you were planning something big.

That should worry all of us. The people advising Trump within the National Security Council, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community are not up to the task. Hegseth, Waltz, and the rest of them have proven their incompetence and carelessness over the last two weeks.

Trump’s tariff orders blew up the global economy last week. His next orders might pull us into a war nobody wants, with the most incompetent people in charge. Before that happens, we all need to raise our voices.
