Hi,
Musk and Trump aren’t slowing down their attacks on our Social Security
system.
This Trump admin announced 7,000 more job cuts at Social Security just a
few days ago, after weeks of firings and Musk’s dangerous disinformation
about the benefits program.^1 Musk recently said that anyone complaining
about a missed Social Security check is a “fraudster.”^2
The head of Social Security under Pres. Biden amplified warnings that
benefit checks could be delayed by the reckless actions of Trump and
Musk.^3 Congress must stand up and save the benefits that tens of millions
of Americans rely on.

income that seniors and people with disabilities need to live. Destroying
the social safety net that has kept millions out of poverty is their
