The Board will be holding its next Board meeting on Wednesday, April 9, at 10 a.m.

The Boardroom at the Olympia headquarters building (1025 Union Avenue, Olympia, WA 98504) will be open for in-person attendance as well as a virtual option via Microsoft Teams. TVW also airs these meetings live, and links are provided when available. Please note that although the Boardroom is staffed during meetings, Board members and agency presenters may continue to appear virtually.

As a reminder, the Board has transitioned from oral general comment to written general comment. Written comments are appreciated and encouraged. Please submit your written general comments to [email protected]. We encourage you to submit your comments in advance of the meeting. Comments provided 24 hours before a Board meeting will be distributed and reviewed by each Board member before the meeting and before any action is taken. The comments will then be posted on our website when the minutes of the meeting are approved.

We are in the process of decoupling public hearings from Board meetings. April will be the last month where public hearings will occur during the Board meetings. From May forward, public hearings will be held on a different calendar. We will continue oral comment for the “Public Hearing” either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. Comments must be related to the public hearing. Requests to testify online are appreciated by close of business the day prior to a meeting but must be received no later than 9 a.m. the day of the meeting. Please email [email protected] to register for public hearing virtual testimony. If you plan to testify in person, you must sign the register at the entrance to the Boardroom before the meeting begins that day. All comments will be limited to three minutes per person, both online and in person.

Please note the call-in option can only be used to listen to the meeting. All attendees, whether online or on the phone, will be muted and cameras will be unavailable. Only the Board members and agency staff will have audio and video capabilities enabled during the meeting. Chat and emoji/reaction features are not available.
