I’m Mark Finchem, and I’ve spent my time in the State Senate doing what I promised: Standing strong for secure borders, law and order, and the safety of Arizona families.
Since taking office, I’ve sponsored multiple bills to tighten up the border, stop fentanyl trafficking, and end the chaos that illegal immigration brings to our communities.
But now - the fight is on.
LUCHA just filed a lawsuit to overturn the will of the voters. They claim enforcing border security is “racist,” “unjust,” and “unconstitutional.” They even say Arizona can’t act unless Texas wins a separate court battle. It’s outrageous.
This is a full-on attack on Arizona’s sovereignty, and we can’t back down.
I won big in November because people like you believe in putting Arizona first. But 2026 is coming fast, and the left is already targeting strong conservatives like me who won’t cave to their agenda.
