When I ran for governor of Georgia in 2018, I witnessed firsthand the GOP's attempts to force Democratic voices into silence. My right-wing opponent did everything he could to prevent thousands of voters from being heard at the ballot box.

As we get closer to the November election, this is happening again across the country. That's why we need to work as hard as we can to elect fearless leaders like Jeanne - who has fought tirelessly to protect voting rights and will continue fighting to make sure every last vote gets counted.

This much I know: When we have people working against us, trying to silence us, it's our responsibility to speak up and fight back. The right to vote is sacred, and it's something we've been fighting for since the beginning of our nation. But more importantly, it's something that guarantees the future of our country. No state understands that better than the Granite State.
