Christ has been raised from the dead. He is the first of a great harvest of all who have died. So you see, just as death came into the world through a man, now the resurrection from the dead has begun through another man. Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given new life. But there is an order to this resurrection: Christ was raised as the first of the harvest; then all who belong to Christ will be raised when he comes back. 1 Cor 15:20

The Feast of First Fruits is not merely remembrance, it is prophecy embodied. In the rhythm of the harvests, truth is hidden in plain sight. Yeshua, raised on that day as the First Fruits Offering, is not an isolated miracle but the beginning of a pattern. The spring harvest does not exist without the promise of the fall. And just as He rose, the first sheaf lifted from the field, so too must the rest be gathered... from the same soil, under the same sun, bearing the same life.

This is the mystery the feast proclaims: if He is the First Fruits, then there must be more like Him—those who walk as He walked, who yield to the same Spirit, who bear the image of The Father. The Believer does not celebrate First Fruits as a past event, but as a living assurance: we are the harvest to come. We wait, not in doubt, but in certainty. The field has already proven its yield.
