For decades, the federal bureaucracy has grown and grown and has created its own set of laws you and I are told we must follow.

Bureaucrats have implemented rules on everything from the dishwasher and hot water heater you have in your home . . . what kind of car you’re allowed to drive . . . to the ability to sell or even consume “unauthorized” raw milk.

At the federal level alone, there are over 70 federal regulatory agencies, employing hundreds of thousands of people to write and implement regulations. Every year, they issue about 3,500 new rules, and the regulatory code now is over 168,000 pages long.

Fortunately, President Donald Trump has been eliminating many of the worst regulations the government has forced on you and me.

But now, you and I must make Congress enshrine these rollbacks into law.


The Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act has passed the U.S. House in recent years and made it through the U.S. Senate’s Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee.

With tight majorities in both houses of Congress and a president who is with us on the issue, now is the time for an all-out showdown in Congress.

Only a handful of votes could decide the REINS Act’s passage.

That’s why I’m counting on you to sign your emergency “REIN IN BIG GOVERNMENT” directive to your U.S. Representative at once.

As you’ll see, this directive insists your U.S. Representative co-sponsor and vote “YES!” on H.R. 142 – “REINS Act” – and oppose any attempts by weak-kneed U.S. Representatives to water it down.

If passed, the “REINS” Act would prohibit out-of-control government bureaucrats from imposing sweeping new regulations on American citizens without a congressional vote.

Any new regulation estimated to total more than $100 million in economic impact (the worst of the worst) would have to be voted on and affirmed by Congress.

In other words, the BATFE, EPA, FDA, IRS, FCC, and HHS can make all the recommendations they want, but their most draconian power grabs will mean absolutely nothing unless passed by Congress with a majority vote.

There, you and I will have the chance to mobilize to DEFEAT them -- or hold politicians who vote for them accountable!

In short, these massive and bloated unconstitutional bureaucracies would be literally stripped of their power – paving the way for their outright ELIMINATION.

You and I simply cannot miss this opportunity to take a SLEDGEHAMMER to D.C.’s unconstitutional administrative state.

For decades, our out-of-control and unaccountable bureaucratic overlords have continually fought to expand their power to rule over virtually every aspect of American life by decree.

Yet, Congress has done nothing but blame and complain while the administrative state piles on, suffocating American freedom and economic growth.

Just consider that during the last year of Biden’s reign:


All in all, estimates are that federal regulations cost the U.S. economy over $2 trillion every year!

If any semblance of freedom is to survive in America, this cannot be allowed to continue.

The good news is, the REINS Act would be a massive blow to government “of the bureaucrats, by the bureaucrats, and for the bureaucrats.”

And with the pressure on Congress to do the right thing, we’re close to placing it on this President’s desk.

While the bill passed with overwhelming Republican votes in the U.S. House previously, there are many members in BOTH parties who represent states hit hard by the Obama and Biden administrations’ regulatory tirades.

Many represent states President Trump won, and they are already nervous about their reelections.

So turning a handful is very possible, which could break a filibuster and guarantee REIN’s passage – if it isn’t sabotaged.

Sadly, that’s what I’m most worried about.

Instead of daring representatives and senators who are wavering on REINS to vote “NO!” and risk their political careers, some are looking for ways to weaken REINS by increasing the threshold for a congressional vote far past $100 million!

In other words, a watered down REINS Act would be virtually meaningless even if it did become law.

That’s why I’m counting on you to sign your emergency “REIN IN BIG GOVERNMENT” directive right away.

And if possible, please also agree to your most generous contribution as well to help us pull out all the stops.

Using direct mail and email – in addition to Internet, radio, and newspaper advertising – my goal is to light a fire under certain members of Congress whose votes are up in the air.

Just consider Democrat representatives whose states were hit hard by Obama’s and Biden’s EPA.

And there are even Republicans who usually seem to relish in stabbing grassroots patriots in the back every chance they get – they are in the same boat!

If these representatives are hit with a firestorm of grassroots pressure, will they really want to go on record AGAINST legislation to stop unaccountable Washington, D.C. bureaucrats from running our lives?

If they do, they’ll be digging their political graves!

But first things first.
