AG Letitia James has won some major victories! Elon Musk has been eager to know what public servants are up to. Well, here is what AG James did last month:

1. Protecting Your Privacy From DOGE's Attacks. When Musk and DOGE tried to seize access to Americans' private data, AG James stopped them – safeguarding the Social Security numbers, addresses, and bank account details of millions.

2. Defending Critical Programs. When the Trump administration tried to cut off funding for essential services – including law enforcement, health care, and childcare, AG James secured a court order to keep these critical programs funded.

3. Upholding Our Constitutional Rights. On day one of the Trump administration, an order was signed to dismantle birthright citizenship. AG James sued them to block the order – and won!

4. Fighting for Our Federal Workers. When the Trump administration illegally fired thousands of federal workers, we fought back and forced their reinstatement to protect their jobs.

5. Safeguarding Education. When the Trump administration tried to fire nearly half of the Department of Education's workforce, AG James led the charge to stop them.
