2. National Republican groups have spent almost $1 million attacking me this cycle. We need to be able to respond.
3. I have two Republican opponents. One of them raised more than $100,000 in just their first week in the race.
4. We're making progress. We've passed legislation to raise wages, protect patients with preexisting conditions, and combat climate change.
5. This has been a tough month for fundraising. We have to seriously catch up to hit our end-of-month goal.
