This event will feature Aaron Potenza, Policy Consultant at Garden State Equality, Chair of the NJ Transgender Equality Task Force, as our expert speaker.

Here’s a quick look at some of the key events and initiatives that brought us together to strengthen our communities and advance our values:

✔️ Veterans Caucus 2025 Reorganizational & Kickoff Meeting: Veterans came together to connect, strategize, and discuss our goals for the year ahead.

✔️ South Asian American & AANHPI Caucus Meet-Up: A casual yet productive gathering at Bellworks to connect with community members and share ideas.

✔️ Young Voter Engagement Training: We provided valuable tools and strategies to help engage young voters through social media and other outreach methods, ensuring the youth vote is heard and activated.

✔️ Latino Caucus Information Session on Trump’s DEI Executive Order: Led by Chair Arlene Quiñones-Perez, this session provided insights on the potential impact of President Trump's executive order targeting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and discussed how it affects New Jerseyans and Americans.

✔️ Older Adult Caucus General Meeting: We focused on the issues, initiatives, and opportunities that are shaping the lives of older adults in our communities with guest speaker Senator McKeon. 

✔️ Democratic Women Leaders Roundtable: Chair Dyese Davis and Chair Marie Blistan shared their inspiring stories of leadership, breaking barriers, and leading as Democratic women in Republican counties.

✔️ Collaboration with WisDems: NJ Dems joined forces with WisDems to fight against MAGA extremists attempting to influence the Wisconsin Supreme Court, especially in light of the state's abortion ban. WE WON!
