First Liberty
It seems like every time new legislation authorizes Ten Commandments
displays, radicals come out of the woodwork to oppose it.
For years, we've been defending Arkansas' right to display a
privately donated Ten Commandments monument on the state grounds.
Radical groups-including the ACLU, the Freedom from Religion
Foundation, the American Humanist Association, the Satanic Temple, and
the Arkansas Society of Freethinkers-have all tried to topple
this monument.
Despite their best efforts, the monument still stands.
Now, the Arkansas legislature is working to extend Ten Commandments
displays all across the state by placing them in every classroom and
government building.
First Liberty's Stephanie Taub, fresh off testifying in support
of the Ten Commandments proposed legislation, shares her experience
before Arkansas lawmakers and lets us know what the future holds for
the bill in this interview:
Bringing Back Ten Commandments in AR | First Liberty Live!

State legislatures like the one in Arkansas are writing and passing
new laws to bring back displays that have historical significance,
including the Ten Commandments.
And they are able to do so thanks to God's favor and our Supreme
Court victories for the Bladensburg Peace Cross and Coach Kennedy.
But just because legal precedent is on our side doesn't mean
that radical groups will stop their attacks.
Remember, their goal is to scrub all religious expression from the
public eye. They don't care that their actions are undermining
the very principles of freedom upon which our country is based.
The truth is religious expression in the public square has always
played an integral part of the history and traditions of our country.
That's why we must remain ever vigilant on the frontlines of the
fight for faith.
Thankfully, people like you all over the country are working to bring
back these displays to town squares.
If you aren't currently involved in our Restoring Faith in
America movement, you can start taking an active role to bring back
expressions of faith to your state and your community. Go to our RFIA
website to learn more.

With your help, we can stop these radical groups in their tracks and
preserve the future of religious expression in our communities.
