A few days ago (with your help) my mother surprised me with her birthday email and an outpouring of grassroots donations, and I want to say thank you!
When we launched this campaign, I knew I wanted it to be powered by everyday people — and when you continue to show up time and time again I'm reminded how strong this grassroots team really is.
Folks like you have supported our campaign from the very beginning because you believe in the work we're doing together. We are only in such a strong position because you step up when we need it most.
I know this grassroots team has the power to come out on top since I've seen it before — and I'm counting on it this month as we close in on our quarterly FEC deadline.
But for now I simply want to say thank you. Thank you for all you do to power this team. Thank you for believing in our work. And thanks for making this an extra special birthday for me.
