John,

This is a judicial emergency. The Supreme Court JUST heard the BIGGEST case of the year for life.

Several states defunded Planned Parenthood after it was caught selling the body parts of aborted babies. This was a direct threat to the abortion giant's diabolical business model of killing babies, flooding the courts with pro-abortion lawsuits, and taking over half a billion of our tax dollars to pad its exorbitant record profits.

Planned Parenthood rushed to court. THIS WEEK, the Justices JUST heard oral arguments in the case to determine if states can defund the abortion industry. And we filed a major amicus brief to deliver a stunning rebuke to Planned Parenthood at the Supreme Court.

This is the single biggest abortion case since we helped overturn Roe. Now we're also working in tandem with the Trump Administration to fully defund Planned Parenthood.

The abortion giant is reeling. But as we battle Planned Parenthood's seemingly unlimited taxpayer-funded resources at the Supreme Court, we need you.

Have your gift DOUBLED as we fight at the Supreme Court through our Life & Liberty Drive.

Leftist cities are trying to essentially implement church bans, and preachers are being arrested and jailed for sharing the Gospel. Senior centers and HOAs have banned Bible studies, crosses, and even prayer meetings.

We need your support – TODAY – to fight this war on our Christian faith. Add your name to our petition.

The ACLJ has secured an important victory in defending a church's right to meet in California.

LA targeted religious gatherings on the beach, threatening the existence of this church and violating its religious liberty. We fought back and got the policy removed. But we stand ready to defend the church again if LA chooses to retaliate.

In another major win, a court ruled that a school's ban on our client, a teacher, for praying in view of students likely violates the Constitution, allowing the case to move forward.

This decision sends a strong message to school districts nationwide: Policies that prevent teachers from expressing their faith directly infringe on the First Amendment – even in public schools. Read on to see our next steps in this vital case.

Initially, a New York school district took the right step by removing inappropriate books. However, under pressure from a teachers union and librarians, those books were brought back into the library. That's when Moms for Liberty reached out to us.

Now, with a crucial Monday deadline approaching, we're fighting to protect students from pornographic content and Leftist indoctrination. Add your name to our petition and stand with us in this battle!

Finally, THIS WEEK is the kickoff of our April Life & Liberty Drive. We've never been busier as our legal efforts to defend life & liberty are stretched thin. We urgently need your support. Have your gift DOUBLED today.

God Bless,

The ACLJ Team
