Email from Finchem for AZ Senate Almost 1000 arrested for immigration crimes this week     Hello John, I’ll get straight to it: This past week alone, more than 960 individuals were charged with immigration-related crimes along our southern border. That’s not just a statistic - it’s a powerful signal that our efforts to secure our border and protect our communities are working. Since the launch of “Operation Take Back America,” we’ve seen unprecedented coordination between prosecutors and federal agencies across Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and California. And right here in Arizona, we’ve played a leading role - with 260 individuals charged in just one week, including serious offenses like human smuggling and illegal reentry. But this momentum didn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of hard-nosed leadership, clear priorities, and a refusal to back down from the fight. Since being elected in November 2024, I’ve wasted NO time sponsoring and supporting legislation that tightens our border security, cracks down on human trafficking, and ensures that Arizona remains a place of law and order. I ran on a promise to stand firm on the border, and I’ve kept that promise. Now I’m asking for your help to make sure I can keep fighting for you all the way through 2026 - and beyond.
