There’s a lot happening right now so I’ll keep this brief. 

As Donald Trump purposefully tanks the economy with a national sales tax, Republicans -- who claim to be the party of "fiscal responsibility" -- are about to pass a budget resolution in the Senate that will explode the deficit, double the national debt to the tune of 5 trillion dollars, and cut Medicaid for millions of Americans just so they can cut taxes for billionaires. 

It’s reckless, it’s cruel, and it does nothing to lower costs or help working families. In fact, it makes life harder for them.

This also brings them one step closer to green-lighting Trump’s entire agenda.

We have to keep speaking out -- loudly and clearly. The more we expose their harmful and immoral plan for what it is, the harder it will be for them to get away with it. When you raise your voice, you empower others to do the same. And that’s how movements grow and win.
