Dr. Oz has built a career on endorsing unproven treatments and profiting from dubious and dangerous health claims, from magic coffee beans to red onion cancer cures. He spent decades selling lies and scams to the American people.

Now, he stands to oversee programs that provide essential healthcare coverage to our most vulnerable populations. In fact, during a Senate confirmation hearing, he flat out refused to commit to opposing cuts to Medicaid, a program vital to millions of low-income families and elderly Americans.
