*South Kitsap*

*Traffic Advisory: State Route 3 Cleanup Alert* - Please be advised that there will be traffic impacts on Sunday, April 13, 2025, due to a joint effort between WSDOT and County crews to clean up litter along State Route 3, from SR 304 (Charleston Blvd.) to the railroad overpass near the exit to W Belfair Valley Rd. To facilitate this cleanup, WSDOT will be closing the right southbound/westbound lane from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. The left lane will remain open to traffic during this time. For your safety and the safety of our road workers, we kindly ask all drivers to lower their speed and exercise caution when passing through the work zone. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work together to keep our roads clean and safe for everyone.

Crews are full depth patching *Banner Rd SE* between Olalla Valley Rd SE and Fragaria Rd SE  (MO-FR). Expect significant delays, longer than 10 minutes.

Expect delays on *Glenwood Rd SW* between SW Wildwood Rd and SW Lake Helena Rd for work related to the Glenwood Rd SW Corridor Improvement Project [ [link removed] ]. 

Expect delays on *Jackson Ave. SE* between Hwy 166 and SE Tamarack Dr. West Sound Utility is updating their water main system in this area.

*Central Kitsap*

Expect daytime and nighttime delays on *Silverdale Way NW* (from Bucklin Hill Rd to Waaga Way) and *NW Bucklin Hill Rd* (from Silverdale Way NW to Blaine Ave) due to a road and stormwater improvement project. Work will take place Monday through Friday and is expected to be completed by fall 2025. Visit the project website [ [link removed] ] for details.

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the location listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *NW Stavis Bay Rd* - entire length (MO-FR)

Expect delays on *NW Eldorado Blvd* between Newberry Hill Rd and Eldorado Pl NW for construction work related to a private development. Traffic control in place during work hours.

Expect delays on *Provost Rd NW* between NW Shelley Dr and NW Newberry Hill Rd for a Silverdale Water utility project.

*Johnson Road NE* will be closed during daytime hours at the intersection with NE McWilliams Rd for a PSE pole replacement project. Use detours or alternate routes.

*Olympus Dr NE* will be closed during daytime hours at the intersection with Sheridan Rd for a PSE pole replacement project. Use detours or alternate routes.

North* Kitsap*

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Pioneer Hill Rd from Clear Creek to SR3*  (MO-TU)
* *Border Way NE* from Gamble Bay Rd to Firwood Rd (WED)
* *NE Harvard Ave* from State Hwy 3 to end of maintenance (TH-FRI)
* *Elwha Terrace* (TH-FRI)
* *Poulsbo Ave* (TH-FRI)

*Peterson Way NE* is closed on Wed, April 9 for paving. Use detours or alternate routes.

Crews are paving at the locations below.. There is single lane alternating traffic. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Lemolo Shore Dr NE* between Peterson Way NE and Tuk-Wil-A Rd NE (WED)
* *Tuk-Wil-A Rd NE* between Brauer Rd NE and Norum Rd NE (TH-FRI)
* The entire lengths of *Brauer Rd NE and Norum Rd NE *(TH-FRI)

Be cautious of trucks entering and leaving *Gunderson Rd* near Stottlemeyer Rd NE due to construction of the North Kitsap Service Center [ [link removed] ] and new Household Hazardous Waste facility. The facility is expected to open late 2025.
