Two state senators in Louisiana who pledged to support term limits for Congress have derailed our efforts in Louisiana.

They caved to the special interests and members of Congress who are throwing everything they have at us to stop that state from approving the Term Limits Convention.

HOWEVER, we have a second chance in the Louisiana special session now underway in Baton Rouge.

 Please make an urgent contribution of $20, $30, $50, $100 or whatever you can possibly afford to help us convince Louisiana to the be the lasted state to bypass Congress and call for the Term Limits Convention.

Our legislation must now go back through the state house and then the state senate because of the attacks, smears and lies anti-term limits lobbyists and interest groups have leveled at us.

It's a delay.  But not a defeat.

Another wave of online ads and phone calls targeted at key state senators in Louisiana could turn the tide.

This battle in Louisiana to term limit members of the U.S. House and Senate matters.

The professional politicians know that if Louisiana votes to bypass Congress and call the Term Limits Convention, there may be no stopping us.

So please do whatever you can to help save our legislation in Louisiana.
