Dear John,

You're invited to World BEYOND War’s "Online Workshop: Self-Care for Activists" on Saturday, April 26 at 3:00pm ET!

Are you looking for a safe and supportive space to relax and release your stress in these challenging times?

If you answered yes, then please join us for a transformative 45-minute guided breathwork session to release stress, led by breathwork facilitator Amy Romanowsky. Breathwork is a practice that targets and releases stuck emotions and traumas that we hold onto as we advocate for a better world. Doing breathwork can help us release our tension and lead to a feeling of bliss and peace.

This session is about coming together as a global network to take a pause and acknowledge the tireless work that we all are doing as part of the WBW network whether as volunteers, chapter coordinators, donors, board members, staff, interns, affiliates, or allies. Self-care is crucial to keep us healthy, practice work-life balance, and feel renewed in our activism. It will help us show up as our best selves in the world. We will also hear from World BEYOND War's Board President Kathy Kelly and learn about what WBW chapters are doing around the globe to end war.

In such times when the world feels increasingly divided and heartbreaking, it is inspiring and hopeful for all of us to meet and bond in a safe, open space in community. Please invite your friends, family, and colleagues around the globe.

We look forward to seeing you on April 26!

Best,

Vanessa Fox, Organizing Intern & Greta Zarro, Organizing Director
