 #1: I’ve faced some of the closest elections in American history. In 2020, I only won by six votes, and Nancy Pelosi even tried to swear in my opponent. In 2024, I won by less than 800 votes, and the Radical Left launched a recount in an attempt to thwart the will of the people and steal my election. #2: I’ve spent my entire life serving others. As a mother, veteran, physician, and Congresswoman, nothing is more important to me than fighting for America. In Congress, I’m battling for a secure border, lower prices, the leveling of government waste, the end of DEI, protecting our farmers and farmland, and the preservation of our shared conservative values. #3: The Radical Left is bound and determined to take me down. The Democrats’ House Majority PAC put my race at the top of their target list, pledging $50 MILLION to smear conservatives like me. Vermont Socialist Bernie Sanders even held a rally trying to turn Iowa against me. Now, Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has made me his TOP TARGET for 2026.
This is the cold, hard truth: Republicans have an extremely small majority in the House (218-215, to be exact). Losing just one seat could completely derail the America First Agenda. We can’t let that happen. Hakeem Jeffries is not an easy enemy to have. His pockets run deep, and he’s willing to spend any amount to flip IOWA AND THE HOUSE BLUE!
