Dear Friend of Liberty,

It's time for merit to make a comeback.

That's why I'm writing to ask you to participate in Hillsdale College's DEFEAT DEI SURVEY.

Like many Americans, I'm sure you're all too aware of the damage that has been done to our country by policies implemented in the name of "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" or "DEI."

Race grifters and hustlers make millions perpetuating DEI lies, including...

• America is a nation built on slavery, not freedom.
• All racial disparities are indisputable evidence of systemic racism-and if you question this conclusion, you must be a racist.
• Students in K-12 schools can be divided into oppressors and oppressed based on their skin color.

DEI policies have infected almost every aspect of American life, from K-12 schools to college admissions and job applications. They have even spread into the hard sciences and the military.

These policies endanger lives and, ultimately, Western Civilization itself.

I'm sure, like a lot of Americans, you want to know what you can do to stop DEI. One of the most fundamental steps is ...

Countering the far-Left ideologies that are being taught to students in K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.

Hillsdale College, where I am president, is engaged in a nationwide fight on the battlefield of education to save young Americans from this anti-American agenda.

Since our founding in 1844, we have offered "sound learning" of the kind needed to preserve "the inestimable blessings of civil and religious liberty."

To do this work well, we need a clear understanding of what informed Americans like you think about DEI and how best to fight it.
