We are eagerly awaiting news from San Diego Judge Roger Benitez, the
distinguished jurist who gave us “Freedom Week” when he ruled that
California’s “hi-cap" magazine law was unconstitutional, thus busting open
a week of unlimited magazine purchases. He is set to “rule or take into
advisement” on the constitutionality of our current ammo registration
fiasco. Until we hear what is happening behind closed courtroom doors, the
2nd Amendment continues to fuel other news stories.

One of the most newsworthy pieces is that three mass shootings were stopped
by law enforcement in three separate states – and “red flag” laws weren’t
involved at all. What it took were three people who had the courage to
contact police when they saw some dangerous online behavior. This is
exactly what needs to happen and thankfully, these potential murderers were
immediately taken into custody.

Plus, our Executive Director – Sam Paredes has been super busy fielding
media phone calls and being a guest on various national
podcasts. Listen [4]here to his most recent conversation with Mike
Seeklander, host of the AMERICAN WARRIOR SHOW on what it’s like to be on
the front lines of the war against guns.
