You may have seen some headlines about Trump firing members of his national security team.

"TRUMP TO FIRE NATIONAL SECURITY OFFICIALS"

Let’s be clear: These are not the firings we are demanding.

Trump’s listening to Laura Loomer here, one of the biggest conspiracy theorist provocateurs on the far-right. He’s doing nothing about the actual problem — that his national security team is discussing classified information on unsecured devices and putting our Troops lives at risk.

He has done nothing about NSA Mike Waltz, who invited Jeff Goldberg to the Signal group to begin with. It’s been confirmed since the story broke that Waltz has used Signal for at least 20 additional group chats on highly sensitive international security issues, and they probably still are. The incompetence and carelessness is absolutely staggering.

Trump hasn’t done anything about Pete Hegseth, either. This guy had his office issue a waiver allowing the use of Signal within the Department of Defense — seemingly days after the Department of Defense issues a memo identifying Signal as a massive security risk that can be accessed by our adversaries. Hegseth is the guy that sent the classified information in the first place, and Trump has done nothing!

This is absolutely ridiculous and in any other administration the entire top level of the defense and intelligence operation would be out on the street. Instead, the dumbest and most careless people to ever lead the finest Military in the world are still on the job. It feels like the news cycle is moving on, but we can’t let this go.
