John, district attorneys are rightfully refusing to prosecute protestors.

@chesaboudin: "Without warning, a small group of peaceful protesters were swarmed and detained by over 100 officers and dozens of police vehicles. All were made to lie on their stomach for upwards of 30 min. This included an SFPD credentialed journalist. We will not prosecute peaceful protest."

San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin took to Twitter on Thursday to call out over 100 police officers swarming in to detain a small group of peaceful protesters. And said he would not prosecute peaceful protest.
