SCIENCE MISINFORMATION IN POLITICS

Next Sunday, the Morris County Democrats and the Morris County Progressive Caucus are hosting State Senator Andrew Zwicker for a presentation on Science Misinformation in Politics.

In addition to being a State Senator, Senator Zwicker is also a Ph.D. physicist who heads the Science Education Department of the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. His unique expertise in both politics and science gives him many valuable insights into how to have tough conversations about science misinformation.

After a neighbor's racist comment video made the social media rounds, the Wharton Democrats hope all residents will show support for all of our neighbors with these two-sided Hate Has No Home Here/ El Odio No Tiene Hogar Aquí lawn signs (12" x 18").

Funds raised will offset costs, and proceeds will be used to support local community organizations.

Minimum donation is $10 per sign.
