*HUD Extends Foreclosure Relief for Wildfire-Affected Homeowners*

In response to the recent devastating wildfires in LA County, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has extended the foreclosure moratorium for FHA-insured single-family mortgages by an additional 90 days. This extension, *now in effect until July 7, 2025*, gives affected homeowners the breathing room they need to focus on recovery without the fear of foreclosure.

Visit the Los Angeles County Museum of Art this Sunday for a FREE calligraphy and painting performance in the Smidt Welcome Plaza!!!

Artist Yahon Chang will be kicking off the exhibition opening of “Line, Form, Qi: Calligraphic Art from the Fondation INK Collection” with a live performance, accompanied by Steven Lin [ [link removed] ]. This performance will address the impact of the L.A. fires, aiming to provide a space for reflection, safety, and spiritual rejuvenation through art.
