A difficult day is almost here. On April 5, we come together to recognize Gold Star Spouses Day — a day to honor the spouses of military members who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

When families receive that dreaded call, their lives are forever changed. Through your compassion and generosity, the USO can continue programs such as the Families of the Fallen program, which has supported every dignified transfer of lives lost at Dover Air Force Base for the past 33 years. We help arrange travel and lodging for families to stay at Dover and witness the return of their loved one, providing around-the-clock support every step of the way.
