As a former congressman with established connections to GOP party leaders, Taylor is already a prolific fundraiser -- he raised $4 million to fund his campaign in 2018.

And his "Young Gun" status will give him an even bigger leg up in fundraising by signaling to GOP donors that this is a district they can win if they invest enough.
