Friends,
As Identity’s Alternative Spring Break approaches, many youth are showing signs of heightened fear and anxiety. Some worry about being separated from a parent, while others have absorbed the financial and safety concerns they see in the adults around them. Now more than ever, it is essential that we provide Identity youth with spaces to simply be kids while receiving the support they need to navigate challenges.
So, at this particularly critical time, our team is hard at work planning an expanded Alternative Spring Break with activities for Montgomery County elementary, middle, and high school students from high-need neighborhoods with opportunities to recharge, try something new, make new friends and connect with caring adults in a safe and supportive environment.
Extra help from supporters like you will allow thousands of students to benefit from a Spring Break filled with opportunities for growth and healing and ready them for a strong finish to the school year with:
Together, we can ensure that young people not only find relief from their worries but also gain the tools and confidence to cope with uncertainty. If you are able, please help us help kids be kids.
Especially in times of crisis, investing in young people is a smart investment. Thank you for believing in the promise of all youth.
Un abrazo,

Diego Uriburu
